Key Features:

1. Adopting the most advanced technology of Horizontal Three-rollers which is up-down adjustable, easy to observe and operate. The transparency of the sheet is up to 92%;

Producing technics 

1. Crystallized drying for material.

2. Heat, deliver and compress the graininess material with extruder.

3. The material is separated, mixed, melt-homogenized, and enter into the filter and the plat extruding die head.

4. Filtrate the melt.

5. The melt in the die head is compounded and distributed homogeneously and extruded quantificationally and stably.

6. Three-rollers pressing, cooling and forming.

7. Trim the sheet to the width as requested.

8. Natural cooling and delivering the sheets.

9. Edge trim rewinder.

10. Haul off the sheet.

11. Wind the sheet with constant tensile force.
